I am a Quickbooks Online fan for many reasons. This is my bookkeeping program of choice, but it may or may not be the best fit for your company.
How quickly can you respond to inquiries or issues?
I check emails daily Monday – Friday. My quick answer is 24 hours unless you are looking for answers that require inquiry and creation.

How often will we communicate and what methods will we use.
